Privacy Policy

Merchant account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile image, linked sign-in methods, organization memberships, roles, invitations, and account settings.

Organization and program information: brand name, logo, card name, colors, reward descriptions, card terms, active status, billing status, and other settings merchants choose to publish through the Service.

Card operation information: issued card identifiers, wallet pass identifiers, card tokens, issue events, stamp accrual events, reward earning and redemption events, timestamps, staff actor identifiers, organization identifiers, and operational status values.

Billing and support information: subscription status, Polar customer and subscription identifiers, payment summaries supplied by Polar, invoices or portal events where available, contact form submissions, and messages sent to support.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, logs, request metadata, cookie or session data needed for sign-in and security, and diagnostic information used to operate and protect the Service.

Cardholders do not need to provide a name, email address, phone number, birthday, demographic profile, or kaijustamps password to receive or use a wallet card.

kaijustamps does not sell personal information and is not designed for behavioral advertising, hidden tracking pixels, or cross-shop consumer profiling.

We use information to provide the Service, authenticate Merchant Users, manage merchant organizations, issue wallet cards, update card progress, process reward redemptions, show card-linked pages, measure issued-card usage for billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.

We use billing information to start checkout, sync subscription status, report usage to Polar, open billing portals, and help merchants understand their subscription.

We use technical information to keep sessions working, secure the Service, investigate errors, detect suspicious activity, improve reliability, and maintain audit records for card and billing operations.

We disclose information to service providers that help us operate kaijustamps, including hosting, database, authentication, wallet pass, billing, logging, email or messaging, and customer support providers.

We disclose billing and subscription information to Polar as needed for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, usage metering, payment method management, and billing portal access.

We disclose wallet card information to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or related wallet infrastructure as needed to create, update, and display wallet passes.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of kaijustamps, merchants, Cardholders, or others.

Merchants choose the card copy, reward terms, shop branding, staff access, and in-shop operations for their own programs. Merchants are responsible for any privacy notices and legal obligations that apply to their own customer relationships.

Cardholders interact with a merchant's card through wallet passes, QR codes, and card-linked pages. A card token can provide access to card progress and reward status, so Cardholders should treat wallet cards and card URLs as personal to their shop card.

We use cookies and similar storage for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and core Service functionality. Some parts of the merchant console may not work if required cookies are blocked.

We do not use cookies for third-party behavioral advertising in the current product design.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate card and reward records, comply with billing, accounting, tax, legal, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or retain it only as required for legitimate operational, legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, server-side authorization checks, secure transport, logging, and separation between merchant, operator, and cardholder surfaces.

No system is perfectly secure. Merchants should keep account access secure, remove staff access when appropriate, and contact kaijustamps if they suspect unauthorized use.

Merchant Users can update certain account and organization information in the Service. Merchants can also contact kaijustamps to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of information where applicable.

Cardholders can contact the issuing merchant for shop-specific reward questions. For kaijustamps privacy requests involving a card, contact kaijustamps with enough card or merchant context to help us locate the relevant record without asking for unnecessary personal information.

kaijustamps is intended for merchant operations and ordinary shop card use. It is not directed to children and should not be used to knowingly collect personal information from children.

kaijustamps may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection rules different from the place where a merchant or Cardholder is located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
